A deposit of GBP 50 per person is required upon check-in (only children of up to 15 years old are exempt). This deposit will be charged with no exceptions with a single transaction to cover all guests to the credit/debit card provided at the time of the booking.
The property reserves the right to withhold some or all of the security deposit of the credit/debit card provided in case of any damage, guest misconduct, excessive electricity usage, and breaches to regulations such as smoking in the rooms. Security deposits may also be used by management in the event of unauthorised extra guests using the room and facilities.
Please note that twin beds are available for extra guests. The property can provide an alternative bed arrangement on request.
The guest hereby gives consent to the property to apply to the guest’s credit/debit card all reason好康推薦able charges incurred which may not be covered by the security deposit.
If the security deposit is paid in cash, it will be refunded upon departure, after a representative of Staycity has checked the condition of 精美the apartment.
Security deposits held on a credit card (via a pre-authorisation) or charged to a debit card will be refunded as per the issuing bank’s policy. Typically this may take 3-10 working days however, some banks do take longer.
Please state your bed preference at the time of booking. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Staycity Aparthotels Duke Street in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

當時，田男因知道女學生僅與父親同住，假借安慰「會想媽媽嗎？」靠近女學生，而女學生見田男是熟面孔便疏於防備，豈知女學生在回答完「不會」後，竟直接被田男一把抱起帶入路邊一間工廠，遭田男強行吻上臉頰及嘴唇，甚至伸出手不停摸她胸部及屁股，女學生因被田男舉動嚇傻忘記大聲求救，直到回神後才極力反抗，卻又因力道太小無法將田男推開，只得忍受田男的噁爛行徑，直到田男終於停手肯放走女學生時，因怕惡行被曝光，隨手拿出 100 元當封口費，要女學生「不能說出去」，才讓女學生離開。
隔天，女學生在拳擊課上精神恍惚、不專心，被教練察覺有異，一問之下才得知女學生遭狼爪侵犯，趕緊通知女學生父親並陪同報警。不過，田男到案後卻辯稱自己是想安慰女學生才會抱她，當下兩人距離相當靠近才會「不小心」碰到女學生嘴唇，至於摸胸摸屁，也是在抱她的過程中輕微碰到而已。
但法官認為，女學生若要誣陷田男大可直接報警，而不是被教練發現後才揭發這種迂迴方式，因此採信女學生所述，在昨（28）日依對未滿 14 歲少女強制猥褻罪判田男 3 年 4 月徒刑。仍可上訴。
